Couple of months ago a small portion of the ceiling in the 2nd floor bathroom fell off. The renovation/remodeling project evolved, and we ended up asking the contractor to fully gut this bathroom as well the 3rd floor bathroom which is immediately above it, including replacing all water and sewer pipes, electricity, windows, lights, ventilation. We asked to install instead of the closet a 2nd floor washer/dryer that needed its own designated electric power cord. This was our first project with Artur. A final point: I am used to contractors promising to finish a project in a short time and ending up taking three times as long (if you are lucky..). Artur estimated the project to take five weeks. He actually finished 3 days earlier than his promised date, despite our increasing the scope of the project after we originally shook hands by 35-40% (from a $ perspective). We are already planning the renovation/remodeling of the master bedroom suite including a brand new bathroom in the next-door bedroom, which will be joined to it.
