"We hired Bryan's Handyman & Home Improvement Services to remodel our condo to put it up for sale. The condo had not been modernized in 15 years. As a bonus we were able to use Bryan's wife, Christine, a realtor with Berkshire, Hathaway Fox & Roth of Robbinsville NJ. Chris was very instrumental with the remodeling decisions and her beautiful design enabled us to make a very nice profit on our sale. You might say, we were able to do one stop shopping which enabled us to sell our condo very quickly. Bryan's team was excellent. They were punctual - arriving at the time quoted and worked diligently, Their craftsmanship was excellent and they cleaned up when their job was finished for the day. We were very impressed with Bryan's services and would definitely use them again and feel confident in recommending his company."

"Summary: Tony Martin runs a top-notch company. Clean. Respectful. Detailed. Punctual. Clear and prompt communication. Excellent finished result. The details:Just a few hours before I had to leave on a flight out of the country, I discovered that my water heater was leaking when water was coming up through the seams of my laminate flooring. I only had time to turn off the main water shut off valve and the circuit breaker before heading off to the airport. Once I reached my destination, I did some research on Angie’s List hoping to find a good one-stop-shop company who could take care of both the mold/water remediation and the reconstruction… I was lucky to have found AW Martin who exceeded my expectations. I contacted AW Martin after hours and reached an answering service. Tony Martin returned our call within minutes. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He explained that he would deal directly with my insurance company so I wouldn’t have to while on vacation. Within a couple hours he and his crew began working on the mold/water remediation portion. My dad relayed to me that they worked until 2 am and that they were extremely careful when moving my fine china from the sideboard into the dry kitchen. They protected all of my large furniture with plastic sheeting and floor protectors. They also used plastic to wall off the upstairs and my kitchen to prevent the dust from traveling too much. They ripped up all the wet flooring and drywall as well as scrubbed the mold and sprayed. They brought in industrial blowers to dry out the house. The next day they returned to the house and Tony met with my insurance adjustor to review the damage and discuss numbers. He was able to agree upon a number so that I didn’t have to worry about that while I was on vacation. I was able to witness the care and attention to detail firsthand during the rebuild process. Christian, Chris and Olger were polite and a pleasure to deal with. Christian always answered my phone calls and was able to answer any of my questions or concerns. He was the one that suggested the upgraded baseboards and it has made such a difference. His team’s wall prep and paint job was meticulous; no paint drips or messy edges. I did a couple of upgrades with the flooring, the recessed lights, and the baseboard where I had to pay more than what insurance covered… but the end result was well worth it. I would not hesitate to hire them again. I will recommend them to my friends and family."

"We had a great experience with the Lux Renovations and Owens Corning team. The whole process was very easy from designing the space, selecting colors, and having a contract manager who organized the entire basement remodel including all the trades and inspections. We were sold on the Owens Corning materials for the basement and that they were engineered specifically for a basement space. Would highly recommend this team for your basement remodel needs."

"We hired Steve for what we thought would be a simple kitchen remodel. The kitchen remodel turned into an entire home remodel and it came out incredible. Steve takes great pride in his work and it shows! He offered many different options based on our budget and communicated with us every step of the way. We will be hiring Steve again soon for some other projects!"

"Ted and his crew are extremely talented and reliable. I called him late in the season to remove an existing wood deck and steps and replace with composite decking and railing. He came out when he said he would. He completed the job very timely and efficient. They kept the work area clean waste all in a safe place. I was/am very pleased with the work done by Ted and his crew and would highly recommend them for remodel work."

"Beyond better than I could have hoped. Joe is very professional, well versed, knowledgeable, creative & resourceful and an excellent communicator. He spoke to us not at us and throughout the entire design process he listened and asked questions & listened some more. We found him very easy to work with and honest. Joe worked within our needs. He took what was in our head put in onto paper and together with our contractor gave us what was in our hearts - a beautiful home. Go with Joe - he’s the man in the know!"

"There is one more thing that needs to be addressed, the company is working on trying to come up with a solution. I highly recommend Daniel Robert Remodel LLC. They are GREAT!!"
