Legacy Kitchen and Bath

I love my remodeled kitchen. Jeff and his crew were a pleasure to work with. The project involved a kitchen remodel with new cabinets, flooring new appliances and kitchen entrance widened. John S, the project manager was a perfectionist; he demanded and got the best from his crew. Even after the work was completed, Jeff sent over his crew to fix some issues to my satisfaction.

Jeff (owner) was a pleasure to work with. His crews showed up on time and took care not to disturb us when we were home. He kept us updated almost daily on the project progress and what the next steps would be. His timeline was accurate and his work was outstanding. I made a few changes during construction and Jeff accommodated all of them. He delivered us an amazing fully finished basement. Every visitor we have had has remarked on how beautiful the work is. We are extremely happy with the outcome. Would recommend Legacy Bath and Kitchen to anyone looking for work to be done.

Very easy to work with and, most importantly, everything made sense without crazy delays and additional â hiddenâ fees. Our kitchen was damaged due to a pipe bursting and Legacy was top notch in helping us improve what we had. Going into it I had heard too many stories about no show contractors and how far above estimates the projects end up. Not with Legacy. Any questions we had were answered professionally and everything was in our control - no upselling on certain products, or limited to having to buy only a couple styles of tile or if my wife wanted a particular faucet - no problem! One of the best teams to work with - I was extremely happy with the results and have no doubt anyone who hires Legacy will end up the same as me. For my next project, itâ s the easiest decision Iâ ll have to make.

From the first day I met Jeff, the owner of Legacy, I knew I was in good hands. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and quite passionate about his job. I had a bad experience with a prior remodeling firm, so was a bit skeptical about bringing in another contractor, therefore wasn't quite ready to trust anybody else with my money. As my initial meeting with Jeff progressed, my fears were calmed. He addressed every single question and concern with straight answers, and compassion. He set expectations up front, from contracts, permits, scheduling, staffing and billing. He and his project manager worked with me any time I wanted to change something here, something there... they were very flexible, and it all fit neatly into the way the contract was structured - all changes by me were documented and added to the contract accordingly. As the job progressed, Jeff and his project manager would regularly check in with me to review the progress to ensure it met my expectations before moving to the next phase. I couldn't be happier with the final results - I feel like I have a brand new house! I have a few more house projects in mind, and have Legacy on speed dial for when I'm ready!
