"Mike did an excellent job explaining in detail why the method he was using was best for the material on our sofa. He was very detail oriented while doing the job. "If you want professional work, then look no further. The gentleman answered all my questions and then some. This is the client's den area where the floors were refinished. There is a long list of major errors. Here it starts with dreadful sanding resulting in drum marks & edger digs, incomplete sanding, completely botched staining, and a horrible 'finished' product!
