He not only re-cleaned our flue that had just been done but installed a new flue into our badly constructed chimney. They told me that this is not under warranty, so they would "do me a favor" and fix the roof as long as I would put up a sign in my lawn for an extended period of time to advertise their company or else they would charge me - maybe $500 or more.
