All workers were professional and did a great job. Their carpenter did a super job on the mantel, cabinetry, and shelves. The work area was cleaned up each day. He not only re-cleaned our flue that had just been done but installed a new flue into our badly constructed chimney. Even after having to cut into our chimney 2x to get the flue to fit he stuck to his original quote. Bob (and both of his crew) were extremely professional and the kind of company you don't find too often. DON"T hesitate to call him."

"Russell sold me a warranty for an entire roof repair done in 2014. The roof cost $25,000. 8 years later I have shingles falling off the roof. I called them to fix the roof. They told me that this is not under warranty, so they would "do me a favor" and fix the roof as long as I would put up a sign in my lawn for an extended period of time to advertise their company or else they would charge me - maybe $500 or more. Then they did not show up to do the work, so I ended up hiring another company."
