"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. It took about 5 hours to dry (it is a wool rug) - turned a fan on to speed it up. It's been several weeks since the rug was cleaned and it still looks great."
