It took about 5 hours to dry (it is a wool rug) - turned a fan on to speed it up. It's been several weeks since the rug was cleaned and it still looks great."

Bryan was honest upfront. his price was very reasonable. on top of it he worked around our schedule - which is late evenings - in fact we scheduled for a 6:15 pm time. He was on time ( we were late 5 minutes due to traffic) he patiently waited, and then was cleaning till 9 pm. to make sure all stains are gone.
