Bryan was honest upfront. his price was very reasonable. on top of it he worked around our schedule - which is late evenings - in fact we scheduled for a 6:15 pm time. He was on time ( we were late 5 minutes due to traffic) he patiently waited, and then was cleaning till 9 pm. to make sure all stains are gone.
