Came early got job done quickly and professionally

Charged $175 to auger a toilet and clear a tub drain. Nine days later had to come back and re-auger the toilet. Charged $110 and was told to only use it for #1 even though it is been there 40 years. I was expecting to hear I needed a new toilet and some of that overcharge for angering might go toward that but her was not interested in discussing that.

Have been having issues with a very slow drain flow in a basement slop sink. Owner of plumbing company cleared blockage with an electric snake and advised me that the venting on the drain pipe was incorrectly installed. Owner took the time to troubleshoot issue and make necessary repairs.

I hired Fred to install a water boiler and a heater furnace in my house. I was impressed by the quality of his work and his professionalism. I will definitely call him again for future projects.

I thought they were just coming to check out the replacement of my hot water heater due to IDA. Instead he installed it right away and their prices were very reasonable. Hopefully, I won't need them for a while, but if and when I do, I'm calling them right away.

Fred came in on 2 occasions. First time to repair my boiler. He did a great job at 1/3 the price PSE&G wanted. The second time he came in to fix a broken backflow valve that PSE&G would not !! He did both very well. He knew the problems before I could even tell him. I would highly recommend Fred.

Fred is a true professional. Fred is polite, punctual and honest. He is patient and explained the problems clearly. Fred's work is outstanding. My house was built in the 1950s and the faucets were old. Fred was able to rebuild the valves in 2 showers and install new faucets. Perfect!

Good and prompt repair

Fred is a complete professional. He is knowledgeable. He works carefully and thoroughly. Nothing phases him. (Getting that boiler in to our 100 year old basement attests to that.) And his pricing was half of other quotes received. Thank you, Fred for our "beautiful" new boiler.

Fred replaced my 2nd floor boiler, 4yrs ago. Installation was all done on the same day. Solid work, all post-installation inspections passed and all has been working fine since.

I cannot rate a value for the money but how can you rate a value for a piece of mind? Fred is amazing, knowledgeable and reliable. He has walked me through a sewage back up and what I need to ask for from my insurance company as well as has great advice on gardening. Most importantly, when OTHERS tried to charge thousands of dollars and bully me, FRED realized what the issue was and fixed it for a fraction of the cost. FRED has done this for me twice now, saved me thousands upon thousands of dollars. He's not the cheapest plumber I'm sure but you get what you pay for and with him you get a piece of mind.
