"Tim (owner) was great. He listened and gave me quotes for exactly what I asked for (one for Landscaping and one for a patio). The quotes were clear and concise. Due to budget constraints, I was only able to get the landscaping portion done at this time. He scheduled the work several weeks later. He and his crew came out and turned my mess of a yard into something I enjoy looking at. The next day I noticed one of the plantings was blocking the entrance to my crawl space. Tim came out the next day to resolve the issue. I'm so happy with the service I received, I will be scheduling a thatching, aeration and seeding of my lawn in early Spring! Great work. "Marygrove Awning was very responsive to my first inquiry. It was mid November when I first contacted them and we we had a very tight time frame that the new awning cover needed to be installed. Our awning is over the front of our business and is in a historic district. We could not have the old retractable frame removed and replaced with a newer type. Understandably , the company could not guarantee their work on the existing frame. Not having a guarantee concerned me but under the circumstance we had no choice. The day of installation was bitterly cold and windy. Two workers showed up on time and worked steadily in the bitter cold on a piece of equipment (our old awning frame) they previously had very little if any experience with. I was very impressed with how well they worked. It works beautifully 8 months later and we are pleased. I highly recommend MaryGrove Awning. If you have an old retractable frame like ours this firm is able to step up and take care of the situation. The two guys who worked that very cold rainy day on a very old piece of equipment should be very proud of the job they did.
