When the job was done he could not make a final adjustment because it was to windy. When I tried to pay him he refused payment until he was able to come back to make the adjustment. "We found Sun Viking on Angie’s List as a highly recommended company. They were hired to edge and border our landscaping, create two large planter boxes, redo our front walkway and create a side landscaped area with tress. All I have to say is phenomenal job. Not only was everything completed beyond my expectations but Derek, the owner, and David were highly professional and courteous. They were able to save the original stones from the walkway and reuse them, keeping the old charm to our house. David even used the left-over stones to fill in a hole my dog did and made him a little patio. I don’t know about the other companies, because they never called me back, but I think Sun Viking is the best. Milecas installed a patio with 2 seat walls, one with a back wall, the other with columns, both with lighting. He also installed a patio door landing with steps and lighting. The work was finished according to the schedule that we agreed on and on budget. "I highly recommend Pellicore Concrete! My wife and I hired Pellicore to remove our 10' wide asphalt driveway and replace it with a widened 18' concrete driveway. The project also entailed demolition of our existing concrete porch, replacing it, adding a new front patio, and tying the porch and patio work into the new driveway. Joe Pellicore met with us and gave us estimates for the entire project, along with breaking down the project into its component parts with estimates for each. We went with the entire project. Joe worked with us on dates for the project, which ended up taking 4 days. Joe and his staff arrived on time every day and kept us informed through each step, making sure we were involved in final decisions. Once the project was poured the crew did an amazing job cleaning up and backfilling gaps between the lawn and the new porch and driveway. They did fantastic work!
