"This was one of the best contractors I had to deal with. He took his time to go over all of our options and was great at explaining them. His service was on time and exactly what was promised. When the job was done he could not make a final adjustment because it was to windy. When I tried to pay him he refused payment until he was able to come back to make the adjustment. That a contractor you can trust."

"Top to bottom, the experience of working with Patio Enclosures (in Bensalem PA) was excellent--from sales advice and design, to the quality of the product, the installation, and the finished product. We are glad to have made this investment in our home with this company. Many different contractors were contacted, but it always involved selecting all materials that added cost. This company specializes in the patio enclosures and has their own frames (aluminum or vinyl--in 3 colors) with their own glass (single or double paned). Tom, the salesman was excellent, as was Dan (the manager) and the installers were courteous, capable, professional, and experienced. I highly recommend this company. Please keep in mind, however, that you must arrange for your own flooring and electricity and lighting--which is a small price to pay for the installation of a great and a reasonable system."

"I highly recommend Pellicore Concrete! My wife and I hired Pellicore to remove our 10' wide asphalt driveway and replace it with a widened 18' concrete driveway. The project also entailed demolition of our existing concrete porch, replacing it, adding a new front patio, and tying the porch and patio work into the new driveway. Joe Pellicore met with us and gave us estimates for the entire project, along with breaking down the project into its component parts with estimates for each. We went with the entire project. Joe worked with us on dates for the project, which ended up taking 4 days. Joe and his staff arrived on time every day and kept us informed through each step, making sure we were involved in final decisions. Once the project was poured the crew did an amazing job cleaning up and backfilling gaps between the lawn and the new porch and driveway. They did fantastic work! We love our new porch, patio, and driveway!"

We started with a well designed paver patio by Derek and were excited to see the patio design include a sitting wall and a very well put together plan of how our new space would look. Once our job began Dave and his crew began work promptly and arrived early every day the weather allowed including Saturdays. This was really nice because no one likes that construction phase and they did their best to make it as short as possible. Milecas installed a patio with 2 seat walls, one with a back wall, the other with columns, both with lighting. He also installed a patio door landing with steps and lighting. Both the patio and steps were beautiful but the thing that struck me most about Milecas is his integrity and dedication to his work. The work was finished according to the schedule that we agreed on and on budget.
