"This was one of the best contractors I had to deal with. He took his time to go over all of our options and was great at explaining them. His service was on time and exactly what was promised. When the job was done he could not make a final adjustment because it was to windy. When I tried to pay him he refused payment until he was able to come back to make the adjustment. That a contractor you can trust."

"Love the patio. They did a great job in little time. All inspections passed first time with township officials. The initial sales presentation was the most professional of them all with no pressure to close unlike their competition! Trust me in saying there are many similar companies out there with horrible sales approaches; one person had to be asked to leave! We had one warranty issue and they quickly responded and corrected the issue. Overall, we are very pleased!"

We started with a well designed paver patio by Derek and were excited to see the patio design include a sitting wall and a very well put together plan of how our new space would look. Once our job began Dave and his crew began work promptly and arrived early every day the weather allowed including Saturdays. This was really nice because no one likes that construction phase and they did their best to make it as short as possible. Milecas installed a patio with 2 seat walls, one with a back wall, the other with columns, both with lighting. He also installed a patio door landing with steps and lighting.
