Marcello Family Cement Work

Exceeded all expectations!!! They did 3 sets of steps, walkways, and converted my back yard into a concrete patio with ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! They where also complete gentlemen! I own a business and say without hesitation that it’s nice to see a fellow-local business who insists on delivering excellent service! Looking forward to the next project!

Marcello and his crew were fantastic, and very professional. They arrived on time, performed their work and cleaned up afterwards. Continuously asked for my input to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted.

They just finished my front entrance steps and walkway today March 9th ‘23. I can say without hesitation it is outstanding craftsmanship and we are super pleased over the whole project. Great communication and quick response, as they came out for the estimate the same day I first called them, in fact I called 4 cement contractors and they were the only one who responded. I also got a good price for quality craftsmanship, and Ill be calling them back for my driveway upgrade.

I looked at their work and ratings online and was extremely impressed so I decided to get a quote. They came out the same day to give me a quote on replacing my patio and repairing me steps and walkway. Their work is beautiful. They give great attention to every detail. Biggest plus they are such good people! They will always be my concrete guy and someone that I will highly recommend to anyone.

Got same day reply to my phone call, came next day to estimate job. Returned in two days to finish job to my full satisfaction.

Very nice work......wish I would have had them do front patio as I was going to.... but I listened to family instead and had some else do it...  defiantly will call Marcello next time I need anymore cement done...

I initially called Marcello Family Concrete to get an estimate on a driveway and patio area. Marcello came to do an analysis on the area we needed fixed and during his consultation he observed our small garage flooring was in disrepair as well as some steps at the kitchen and side door. All of the areas that needed work were in close proximity to one another so he advised us that that it would be best to repair all three surfaces and steps so everything would be uniform.
We accepted Marcello's bid, as it was within our budget, and he began work immediately. Right from the start Marcello and his team showed up each and everyday, in the morning, ready to work (sometimes earlier than expected). They were extremely respectful, prompt, efficient and most importantly Marcello kept me informed about large and small details in order for the project to go smoothly. An example of this came about when Marcello had just finished the garage and patio. Marcello brought to my attention that a pipe on the side of the house where he was going to pour needed to be cleared otherwise we would more than likely have major problems later. He could have easily surpassed this detail to just get his job finished but he did not and we truly thank him for it.
In addition to new and beautiful cement flooring, Marcello was able to design steps with the use of formers that would help us to safely enter/exit from a side and kitchen door. The previous steps were actually installed incorrectly and created a safety hazard. The final part of the project was the driveway and it couldn’t have come out any better.
The whole project ended up taking a little longer than expected due to some rainy days. I was very happy that Marcello even took the job because most companies during this time of the year all say that this isn’t a good time to pour concrete. Marcello never made the weather an issue because each day they could work they always made progress. You will not be disappointed if you hire the Marcello Family Concrete team. They go above and beyond your expectations and as a family business they treat you as though you were apart of their family and your home like it was their own. Would I use them again?? ABSOLUTELY!

**Update**

I've gotten tons of feedback from friends and family who have been over to the house since the work has been done. They were in complete amazement at everything. I also wanted to mention that Marcello and his crew do a fantastic job when it comes to cleaning up. They left no debris or dirt behind and all tools were put away neatly.

Overall, the contractor was reasonable and did a very good job for a fair price. It was a small job and it was difficult to find a good contractor that would do a good job at a reasonable price. I found the Marcello family in the local paper and also checked them out based on a BBB search (they have no complaints). They were prompt in follow-up and also in providing the estimate. They took their time and slowly repaired the cracks and step. It took two visits to provide enough time for proper curing before completing every aspect of the work. I am thrilled given what I paid and the high quality of the work for such a small job. I plan to use them for future concrete projects.
