we just purchased a home in willingboro nj and there was a serious retaining wall violation from the previous owner ,which was not diclosed by the seller,and had to be removed and build a new wall ,the wall is 160 foot long and approx.6 ft tall , we reached to all of the contractors in the area ,and no one responded back with offers to build this huge wall ,except for mr bilal from blackstone artisan thank God he engineered the new wall,got the approval from the city and completed the wall and passed all of the inspections ,cleaned up the yard and work area ,so i thank him and his crew for resolving my extereme dilema .so with that being said i and my wife will recommend black stone artisan for all of your constuction projects ,HE IS THE RIGHT MAN FOR THE JOB .
