"Santo has now completed the replacement of all doors in our home. Which looks so beautiful and makes our home more up to date and provides such a clean look. Santo installed a new hard wood floor in our entire main floor level. He went to the flooring store to help us pick out the flooring and he was able to advise the flooring rep of exactly what flooring and materials were needed to complete the job. He built valances for our kitchen windows, patio door, and hung the new blinds for us which look fabulous. In addition to providing more storage space for us, he built a coat rack and shelf for my husband's hats in our basement. Saved us space and it looks great as well as being very functional. He built a covering made of wood and placed it around the base of our fireplace to hide speaker wires and it is simply beautiful. Santo is excellent in all that he does and is an expert woodsmen. He is very flexible and will work with your schedule. I HIGHLY recommend him for whatever your home repair needs are. Our friends and family are always complimenting the transformation he made to our home."

"Our project was a 14' x 14' screened porch. We selected Scott SCS from other contractors based on the interview, his knowledge, understanding of the project, and communication skills. He improved our original design and made numerous suggestions during the construction process. He understood our vision of the porch and he delivered. From start to finish Scott and his work crew were always on time, polite, professional, and cleaned up the area before departing every day. I was on site watching and taking photos. So I can attest to the craftmanship and attention to detail of the crew. Every day I was informed of their plans and then I provided my thoughts, ideas, and concerns. And not a day went by where one, if not both of the two Johns (Owner/Partners) were not on site directing operations. If I wasn’t happy with something (rare), it was altered to my satisfaction.
