This is the second time I have used the services of Heartland. They did a great job the first time, so Heartland was who I thought of when I needed more work done on my house. They are timely, they stick to the plan, and everything is cleaned up before they leave.

The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt new the steps and railings. I needed my kitchen refreshed and desperately needed a new kitchen floor. I had the kitchen, dining room, lower and upper hallways, and living room painted. I had my windows corked from the inside, and the outside and some of the windows were also repaired. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day and on time and worked extremely hard. Harvey offered ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repair. I was thrilled by the outcome of their work. I would highly recommend them. I plan to use them in the future.

It went amazingly, I was ready to dump the apartment because of the state it was left in when tenant was evicted. Harvey came in told me how he would restore the apt. He not only did meet what he commented to but fast exceeded what he promised. I loved the apt based on the work he did to the point I would move in...

Harvey and his men arrived promptly, installed an exterior patio door handle, plant brackets, and a wall shelf; hung pictures a mirror, and drapes; Cleared a clogged sink; moved books and an old tv; repaired a table drawer, wooden doors that didn’t fit their frames, and the drop leaf of a wooden table; and tightened door locks and door handles. Harvey and his men worked clean, were friendly and polite, and finished earlier than expected. And Harvey gave me thoughtful, intelligent advice about solving various items on my punch list. A real pleasure to work with, all at a reasonable price.

Harvey and his team did a great job! We removed an existing shower stall unit and Installed a magnificent new shower stall. The project came complete with a new exhaust fan, lights, Bluetooth speaker, and plumbing. Harvey and his team kept the project on schedule, never left us hanging, and exceeded our expectations.

We are thrilled with our remodeled bathroom! It’s a small room but the team came in and transformed the space into something beautiful. They handled all aspects from tile removal and breakdown through installing new shower, fixtures, tile and paint. They were punctual, professional and thorough.
