The contractor did not finish with the job, he won't answer my calls anymore, he took my car as part of the payment, I don't have any cabinets, he won't get back to me anymore.

Very proffesional. On time.and prices were reasonable. And personable. Would recommend to others. Good workmanship .

Installed a range hood over the gas insert, vented thru multiple cabinets to the outside. Installed granite. Arrived on time, Jon completed to my satisfaction, and cleaned area. Thank you, Robert Weissman

He did such an amazing job. He’s skilled and professional. I highly recommend him to everyone who is looking for someone to hire. You can’t find anything wrong whatever he did. It’s hard to find those kind of skilled people around. I would never hire someone beside Emre( the contractor). Special construction is the best.

We are renovating our downstairs bedroom and we asked Emre to do the drywall and the floor. They showed up on time and did a great job. Reasonable price as well. We hope to have him back for more work soon.

It went wonderful! Emre the owner is very easy to work with. He was always there for you. Not like some other contractors I’ve had that start multiple jobs and don’t show up for days! He even went to the flooring store and cabinet place to be sure what we picked would work with measurements etc. He is truly a gem!

Emre was responsive and professional. I told him my budget and he did his best to stay within it. Though he was slightly over, he explained why and I agreed with his explanation. He painted my 700sq ft condo, and did customer show moldings throughout. His team cleaned up and protected my newly stained floors. It was like they were never there. The installation of the flooring in my living room, hallway and hall closet was done in a few hours. A few days later the shoe molding was completed. The transition pieces were done once the pieces that I ordered had arrived. Very understanding company and worked with me around taking my Dad to his appointments along with his surgery.

Extremely well considering the beam in the attic above the crack in the ceiling. The beam was reinforced before putting sheetrock back up in the ceiling. The whole in the wall was also repaired. Finished the painting the ceiling, walls, inside the closet and the baseboards the very next day. Cleaned everything up when they were done. Very understanding, professional and kind! This was the second time using this contractor and I will definitely be contacting them in the future!!!

Emrie is the best. Bought a home that needed total renovation. Painting, new flooring in all rooms, kitchen and bathroom also had to be renovated. He did a fantastic job. Was there every day on time and his work is impeccable. Any thing you need for home renovation Emrie is the man.

Fantastic. Redid 3 bedrooms, living and dining rooms. New floors, baseboard and crown molding, Flawlessly painted. Phenomenal work. Always showed when he said he’d be there and worked like the energizer bunny when he was there. Redid my laundry room and he did another fantastic job. Helped me with tree removals, outside home repairs and any task I threw at him. Also did numerous repair/upgrade work to house to help me prepare it for sale

We just purchased a five year old home and were surprised when the three front entrance outside lights wouldn't turn on. After checking the circuit breaker, which was okay, we decided to call Thomas Edison Electric. Tom, the technician, eliminated all of the obvious causes, and then kept trying different trouble shooting approaches. His persistence got to the root of the problem, which was caused by an unorthodox modification inside the light switch by the prior owner. After that was resolved, a secondary issue added to the lighting problem. Tom wouldn't give up until he had them all working properly. His knowledge and determination were evident every step of the way. I'm so glad I called Thomas Edison Electric!

Excellent. This deck hadn't been cleaned in over ten years and had taken a real beating the past couple of years. It was edged in green moss(?) and had black blotches that appeared this winter. It looked to me like soot from somebody's fireplace. Special Construction worked for hours powerwashing, cleaning with detergent, scrubbing, and then powerwashing and rinsing. They wouldn't accept anything less than total quality, and they achieved it. It now looks like new! Terrific job.

Everything was perfect I am so glad that I found these guys. Price was very fair, and the work was done on schedule which I had a very tight time frame. I will definitely hire Special Construction again when I have the opportunity and I highly recommend them to all.
