"I had written a poor review after getting unsatisfactory answers about an insect control treatment, which was supposed to have been done with one of my weed control visits , but was not listed as done. Within an hour, Joe B, a manager at Green Lawn, called me to apologize and explain why the treatment may not have been correctly recorded in my records. He was apologetic and kind. The fact that he responded so quickly and was so sincere really impressed me. I also have found the technicians (who do the treatments) to be very friendly too. Therefore I’ve upped my rating and intend to use this company again in 2026."

"I had a large oak tree cut down. With the size of the tree and span of branches I thought for sure something would get damaged from falling limbs. When they were done three hours later, everything was intact. These guys are amazing workers , working as a team. Every branch and the stump was removed. The back where the tree was cut was thoroughly cleaned as was the front where branches were ground up. I was so impressed bi had them trim several trees on the front before they left. The crew was polite, professional and hard working . I would definitely hire Franco’s again. "

"Awesome. Danny and his crew were great to work with. They planted a lovely dogwood, flowers for 5 clay pots, 5 hanging pots, 5 concrete vases, 2 concrete boxes, and a large wood planter. They transplanted a flowering bush I wanted to keep, cleaned out and raised the soil level of the wood box (size approx 6x8 feet) so the perennials and annuals could be seen. We discussed the colors I wanted, he shared photos of his suggestions, and made adjustments based on my feedback. My front, side and backyards now look wonderful! Next year I plan to work with him starting April and not August :-). I recommend them highly."

"At first i was in a waiting list for 2 months. But trust me the waiting was worth it. The guys came like 8-10 people and took the big tree from my backyard like within 1.5 hrs time. And man what a splendid job they did. They even took the branches from far with lots of techniques inside my fence without breaking them a bit. Man i am astonished and surprised how they did the job done. They have the tools a professionals should have. they have the techniques a professional should have. They have the hands a pro should have. Mostly they had very hard time bringing there crane system inside my yard for ground stump but they went above and beyond and made things easy and possible by even opening there crane into half. They are the best in town now. I will say just trust them with your tree cutting and they will do the rest. The money was worth spending for me for tree removal with this great company."
