"From my first contact with Continental Plumbing I received professional and courteous care. They were the third or fourth company I had called, but by far the best in their systems and process. They responded to me quickly, followed up timely, gave me a fair and comparable estimate and performed the job as needed. Their invoice was very detailed and they guaranteed their work in writing, also sending me the plumber's license upon request. At every step of the way I was informed on the process. I had a gas leak and PSEG shut off the gas into the house so that I could fix it. I got bids from two companies (the price from both was almost identical), one of which was Continental, and both told me that the pipes were so old I should just replace the entire gas line rather than seek the leak foot by foot. Continental is also one of the cleanest contracting company I've worked with in the 15 years I have had my home. They protected my belongings before starting and cleaned up well. I documented with before and after photos as they progressed and they didn't mind at all. Also, it must be said, I had this work done while we're still under many COVID-19 regulations. They worked all day in their masks and that didn't hinder them at all from doing a job well done. They went above and beyond. They will be my go-to plumber for anything in my house going forward. PSEG just left and did their reinspection and all is good and their work passed inspection. My gas has been turned back on. I truly appreciate the work they put in and I'm glad I found them. They treated me like a customer that mattered and not like a number or dollar sign. They made a stressful situation better and kept my stress from escalating. Thanks Continental!"

Titan Plumbing Sewer & Drain was on site ready to swap out our old tank and install the new one. Also, was aware of new housing codes and installed an Expansion Tank. He could of easily changed the thermocouple just to get by but did not recommend doing so on a 10+ unit. Do it right once and call Titan Plumbing Sewer & Drain. We were so happy with their service! "Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. Very pleased with 'Moose' and his work team."

"A.J. Perri tech came to our home to repair leaky 3rd floor shower which was coming through the ceiling of the 2nd floor. Based on the estimate of 2 previous plumbers and the hard-to-reach nature of the job, we were worried. But unlike the prior estimates, the tech confidently and quickly assessed a loose shower drain. He had it repaired in 10 minutes and was very reasonable in the charge. It's still leak-free a month later."
