Our kitchen sink was clogged due to our old garbage disposal, he gave us the corresponding info I need to relay to our landlord but even went as far as repairing it to be useable til our landlord is able to replace it. Would definitely recommend him!"

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

"We couldn't finish the tub trim because the tub had to be re-glazed. Mo (the plumber extraordinaire) came back Sunday at 5:00 and installed the shower trim. He was always prompt, professional, and he made everything fit and work. Cross County was a tight run ship. You have Lisa at the home front making calls, responding to calls, and scheduling dates at my convenience and I would definitely recommend them. I think Mo is an excellent plumber, he is great and he makes the company. He is a great communicator and solves problems effectively."

"Liz and Al were very nice and knowledgeable about all the benefits a system like this could have. Also Fast install. I am very pleased. Definitely felt a difference right away on my hair. "I had a leak under my sink with water pouring out. Also a leaky washer and warm but not hot water in two showers. I called Mark and he was incredibly responsive, set up a time at my convenience. He is a very young guy, but incredibly knowledgeable. You gotta love that Scottish brogue!! My kitchen sink is a great example of what to expect from him, it was simply a hose that needed tightening. He showed me the problem, including how to fix it myself in the future and fixed it in about 2 minutes. With the washer, he told me it was an issue for the manufacturer, which I appreciated. He was able to quickly turn my warm shower into a hot one. I appreciate his honesty and expertise, he was great. He is the one I will call if I need a plumber again."
