We reached out to them repeatedly, and at first, they said someone would come fix it?but they delayed, and the repair was sloppy. Since then, they have completely ignored our calls and messages. This has caused us so much stress and sadness. We are a young couple trying to build a life, and after spending our savings, we?re still living with buckets and wet ceilings. I?ve cried more times than I can count. Do NOT trust this company. They do not honor their warranty, and their workmanship is terrible.
