We trusted this company, and now we?re heartbroken. My husband and I hired Everest General Construction in August 2024 to replace our roof, with a promise of 30 years warranty and no more leaks. We paid $12,000 in total, believing we were investing in peace of mind and protection for our home. Just a few months later, the roof started leaking again. Every time it rains, water comes in. We reached out to them repeatedly, and at first, they said someone would come fix it?but they delayed, and the repair was sloppy. Since then, they have completely ignored our calls and messages. This has caused us so much stress and sadness. We are a young couple trying to build a life, and after spending our savings, we?re still living with buckets and wet ceilings. I?ve cried more times than I can count. Do NOT trust this company. They do not honor their warranty, and their workmanship is terrible. I hope this review saves another family from going through what we did.

Everest Roofers is an amazing company! I used them recently for roof installation. They were extremely fast, answered every time I called, and were at my house every time they said they would be there. They went above and beyond for me, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their services. Jimm made the experience hassle and worry free. They are also all extremely nice and professional.
