He patiently answered my many questions, walked me through why we needed two new units (instead of repairing our old ones) and worked well and efficiently. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. "I used them to install a gas line and hook up a new gas stove. Vince was through and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. The price was exactly what he quoted, the pipe install was very neat and clean and he connected the stove, tested to make sure everything was working as well as check all the existing gas appliances to make sure they were working after turning the gas back on. I will be using Vince going forward for all of my plumbing needs!"

Fixed the problem correctly and quoted a fixed price upfront. When he identified a better long-term solution, he explained the options clearly, laid out the actual costs for each, and let me decide without pressure. Besides getting the bathroom done he also did some structural work for us including reframing slanted bedroom flooring, then laying new sub flooring and after that new engineered wood floors. He installed all new doors and moldings. Work did take longer then expected but it was partially our fault because we were slow at picking and ordering the supplies. i would use him for other projects without reservations."
