"We had an older Heatmaker combination unit boiler that was 32 years old that needed to be replaced. We started out with several estimates and first decided what could be used in our space constrained garage. We decided on a Navien combination unit and focused a obtained a couple more estimates. Dawson in fact was one of the last estimates we obtained. While Dave from Dawson had the benefit of us being well along the learning curve, he was able to answer all of our questions about the new unit and how best to solve the condensate dilemma. He even was spot on with regards to treating our well water to minimize scale buildup in our new boiler. We knew we had reached that point where we felt we had found the best installer in Dave. Dave verified his condensate solution with the local township inspector and we scheduled the install date in two weeks. Carlos and Pablo showed up on time and dismantled the old unit and piping and did a first rate and well thought out installation job. Carlos had extensive experience installing these Navien units and it really showed. They managed to work in a tight space that PSE&G’s installers would not have with relocating a well tank. After all the plumbing was done, Ricky did the electrical work and adjusted some final dip switch settings before firing up the new boiler. Dave and his crew really are top notch. His front office staff (Wanda and Ondrea) made the PSE&G interest free financing and permitting approval process seemless. We are looking forward to the operation and efficiency of our new high efficiency boiler for years to come. "2 Days from a major freeze and storm my old boiler failed - Tom came within a half hour and gave me a quote for replacement. I gave the ok and 40 minutes later the new boiler and components were deliivered and an hour after that they began the job -finishing the next morning. New boiler installed and finally heat, just ahead of the teen digit weather. I was very impressed with the quality of work, the guys were great. I highly recommend"

"Excellent! The team worked diligently for 5 days to install a central air system in our old house with Plaster Walls. It was NOT easy, yet they did a fantastic job. They were able to add all ducts to the first floor with out any "chases" or enclosures requiring to be build. And almost none of our first floor lines up with our second floor closets, but they figured it out. Great time and fantastic service. Make sure you get Brandon and Sean. The work their butts off, and ensure your house stays clean (they cleaned up everything after every day - not an easy feat). Cannot say how happy am I with their work!"

"I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. I felt like he was getting annoyed that I had questions and eventually I just let him run the show just to get him out of my house faster. Especially when he gave me a quote of $8600, it was much higher than I was anticipating. One thing I really didn't like was when he said I'd have to get a permit since I live in an incorporated village, which would be an extra $500, meanwhile I already had another plumber tell me a permits only $200. So I went with another company. So even though I can't rate All Weather on their work quality, I didn't get a good feeling from their salesperson."

"Mo was a very able, responsive and professional technician who installed our furnace in one day and our new boiler two days later. He patiently answered my many questions, walked me through why we needed two new units (instead of repairing our old ones) and worked well and efficiently. It was painful to have to pay that much money at once for a furnace and a boiler, but Mo made it as positive an experience as it could have been.
