Excellent customer service from quote to installation. The process was smooth and without any problems. Installers work non-stop to complete the project on time and always consult me at every step. very knowledgeable about the local regulations. I highly recommend this company for fencing services.

This company is excellent!! They showed up on time from the first meeting giving me an estimate on the fence I wanted to the last day of installation. Their office manager kept me updated daily and the exceeded my expectations. Dan and his people are extremely knowledgeable and professional I highly recommend them.

Not only did the finished project look as good as promised, but the workmanship is excellent. They were also excellent at communicating the status of the project from the time a quote request was initiated to the completion. All contractors should be as thorough and conscientious as Virtue Fence.

The team at Virtue was first rate from start to finish: speedy response to initial quote request through the final installation by a professional and friendly crew. I was very pleased and impressed with the crew as we worked through some last minute tweaks to the installation. The quality of the fence is excellent and I have had no issues after 6 months.

Recently has my fence installed by Virtue. I am someone who researches the crap out of everything. My Salesman Dan was very responsive and patient through out the entire process and answered any questions I had and customized my job to meet my needs. The delivered the installation sooner then anticipated and even they expected. The best part was the installation. There was one installer but he worked ...no joke 10.5 hours until the just was completed. Best part was the touch up that he did to make sure my fence looked immaculate. Please if you need fencing needs these are the people to go with. A++++++

It was perfect. It was definitely not an easy job as my house is on a hill with a lot of rock. Chris and his team were on time, professional and got the job done and very well! I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic great work and great price

Chris and his crew did a phenomenal job on my fence and I couldnt be happier. Before any work was even done, I was extremely impressed by his responsiveness. Other companies took days or even weeks to respond to requests for estimates or questions regarding estimates-Chris took 1 to 2 hours every time. Chris came out and gave me a very fair estimate ($10,000) as well as suggestions as to alternatives to my original thoughts on my fence. He fully described what he would do and the products he would use. We have extremely rocky soil in Randolph and he told me that he would be 3 days (which I thought was impossible) and cost would not vary based on rocky conditions. Chris and his crew worked extremely hard andcleaned up each day. I wouldn’t (and haven’t) hesitant to refer anyone to Chris in the future

Chris the owner and his staff (Logan, Chris and Peter) arrived when they said they would, worked hard while they were here and cleaned up when they left. The work was finished as promised. The new fence is beautiful.

The first quote was entirely too high, and I managed to talk them down to a price that I was still unhappy with. The second company gave me a quote for the same price that I talked the first company down to. Then Chris at Virtue fence gives me a price at almost half of the first company's original price. He says he can swing by the next day (which he did), and the fence looks excellent. You're my guy for anything fence-y Chris. Hope you're cool with that :-)

Chris, the owner, called to ask if he could meet with us. At first I was a little apprehensive because I wasn't sure how Chris had gotten our telephone number. I did go onto the website Homeadvisors.com. So when I got the call I set up an appointment for my husband to meet with Chris. The meeting went well and we were sent an estimate which was a little lower than the one we had gotten from Jan Fence, a company that has been in business for many years. Jan Fence had just installed a fence at my son's house. My husband liked Chris, but now I wanted to meet him. The second meeting went well. Chris took time with us and answered all our questions. I was quite impressed. He seemed very responsible and conscientious which was what I was looking for. He always got back to us when we emailed or telephoned him. In the end, he did everything that he said he would do and in the time frame that he said he would do it. The fence looks great. It's installed beautifully--no dips or spaces. The fence is sturdy and well made--a good product. We couldn't be more happy and would totally recommend Virtue Fence. Virtue Fence is a fairly new business compared to Jan Fence. Don't be concerned with that. They are a good company and worth hiring.
