"Tom was doing work down the street when I first introduced myself to him. He was doing stucco repair work, waterproofing, and painting. Everyone in the neighborhood was talking about what a great job he was doing, and the homeowner was raving about him as well. We have a 30-year-old 4-sided stucco house and were 1) concerned about potential water damage and 2) in need of minor repairs and touch-ups.
