Advanced Wall Systems performed stucco repairs and painted my house. Meticulous attention to detail. Did everything promised and more. Left the job site neat and clean every day. I could not recommend this company more highly. We have received many compliments on the appearance of our home after this work.

Tom was doing work down the street when I first introduced myself to him. He was doing stucco repair work, waterproofing, and painting. Everyone in the neighborhood was talking about what a great job he was doing, and the homeowner was raving about him as well. We have a 30-year-old 4-sided stucco house and were 1) concerned about potential water damage and 2) in need of minor repairs and touch-ups. We spent a tremendous amount of time with Tom, explaining everything, making recommendations and suggestions, listening to our ideas as well as concerns, etc. It was obvious that he knew his stuff. Tom has been in this business for many years, as this is a multi-generational company with an excellent reputation. We ended up having our entire house waterproofed, with some minor repairs, and then completely painted. It looks like a brand new house! We never felt pressured and always felt informed. Tom and his crew were not only thorough in the job they set out to complete for us, but also took it upon themselves to take care of some extras that were not part of the estimate or plan. Tom made sure he sealed anything and everything that he could; he seemed to go over every inch of our exterior, checking for problems, then repairing, cleaning, or sprucing up where needed. Tom went above and beyond and was extremely easy to work with. Our house looks amazing, and now we are the ones everyone is talking about and raving about. great job! Well done!

I didn t see an option for Stucco, but let it be known that Advanced Wall Systems is the ONLY company you should engage for Stucco damage assessment, repair and remediation. I was put in touch with Tom when I was buying my home and received a devastating Home Inspection. Tom spent an hour with me on the phone within a time crunch to explain the risks and how he and his team would address within budget. He put me at ease enough to move forward with the sale.... and didn t miss a beat when I formally engaged him to do the intrusive test and work. Tom worked on MY time table and explained everything along the way. He was patient and understanding and didn t consider the job done until I was satisfied. Beyond the work itself, Tom added a personal touch hah sets him apart from big business. He understood my situation from day one and even once he got the job, continued to be just as supportive. Look no further, Advanced Wall Systems is honest, reasonable, and refreshingly human.

This is a multi-generational family business. The current owner grew up in this business and knows it thoroughly from the bottom up, inside and out, and has exceeded all my expectations. Mr. Friel is apparently a perfectionist. Besides doing an excellent job on the stucco, as contracted, he noticed that my outdoor electric receptacle surge protectors went off after rains. He sealed and waterproofed all my outdoor electric outlets on his own initiative, even though this was not in the contract. Absolutely above and beyond!

I can't say enough about Tom and his team and the job that they did repairing the wood rot behind our stucco. Excellent communication, first rate work, very clean, and they went above and beyond with some additional minor repairs that we hadn't discussed. We're selling our house and it looks fantastic now thanks to Tom and his team. The price was very fair - they are top notch.

Out of three estimates, Tom's was the fairest and most comprehensive. I had some stucco repaired and the front of my house painted. Tom and his crew pressure washed stucco and also my driveway, patio and sidewalks. Jose caulked all windows and all other areas where water could infiltrate. He did an outstanding professional job. Stucco was repainted as well as garage door and front door. They even repainted my house numbers and exterior light fixtures. If you want a contractor who is patient, takes the time to explain what he is going to do, and communicates with you during the job then Advanced Wall Systems is for you. I highly recommend them.

Tom and his crew did an excellent job. He is very honest and will walk you through the entire process. Very professional. The house looks new after his stucco work. He power washed , painted trim and foundation and caulked entire front of house . I would hire him again in a minute.

Tom Friel is an outstanding professional to work with. Always on time, delivers a quality product on budget and the work is impeccable. We have been getting many positive comments on the work that Tom and his team did, The outside of our home looks brand new. Tom repaired/restucco'd all the stucco, replaced/installed 18 windows, cleaned gutters, power washed the house and painted all the trim. We are proud of how our house looks now thanks to Tom's work. WE definitely plan to use Tom in the future for other jobs we need done in the house.
