Everyone in the neighborhood was talking about what a great job he was doing, and the homeowner was raving about him as well. We have a 30-year-old 4-sided stucco house and were 1) concerned about potential water damage and 2) in need of minor repairs and touch-ups. We spent a tremendous amount of time with Tom, explaining everything, making recommendations and suggestions, listening to our ideas as well as concerns, etc. It was obvious that he knew his stuff.
