"From the very beginning Bob from Design a Castle Remodelers was great! We called him for a quote on our siding, and we had an appointment within 2 days, he was honest and up front about what would be included in the quote given. Since we needed to complete some work to our front porch first Bob allowed us to push the project back until we knew we would be ready, and he allowed us to finance the project. Once Bob and his team started the project he made sure to stay in constant communication about what would need to be fixed or changed from the original plan and quotes. He made sure we were comfortable with the entire project and was patient when we would fire back with different questions about something.
