One of the most important things about working with American Construction was that my family felt totally safe around them. We felt safe, secure and comfortable. "These Guys are AMAZING. I got an estimate from United Pro for a total siding replacement. I got three estimates and United Pro was the best out of the estimates. Benny the Technician was very knowledgeable. He explained everything that needs to be done, from the insulation to the type of nails that they will use to install the siding. He showed me a bunch of colors and thankfully they had the exact color that i was looking for. The Order for the siding took about a week to come in. Once the siding came, It took them 3 days to complete all the siding. the made my property how it was before they even started the project from the way that they cleaned up. The Dumpster was taken away the next day and that was that. Such a stress free expirance and was a pleasure to have them as my contractors. "From the very beginning Bob from Design a Castle Remodelers was great! We called him for a quote on our siding, and we had an appointment within 2 days, he was honest and up front about what would be included in the quote given. Since we needed to complete some work to our front porch first Bob allowed us to push the project back until we knew we would be ready, and he allowed us to finance the project. Once Bob and his team started the project he made sure to stay in constant communication about what would need to be fixed or changed from the original plan and quotes. He made sure we were comfortable with the entire project and was patient when we would fire back with different questions about something. His quote was almost to the penny and there were no surprises. I highly recommend Design a Castle to anyone who is looking to have some work done.
