"Good work and very polite guys. We had some bathroom tiles that needed to be regroated. We got a quote based on an expectation of water damage underneath the floor and wall tiles, and a need to cut and fit tiles. The quote was high, but he did not want to underestimate then ask for more. We agreed.  Fortunately, there was only a bit of damage that required replacement of a small piece of wood under the floor. A couple of hours work only, no materials.  We supplied full tiles- no cutting to fit. When finished I asked what the total would be since the job was less involved and he stuck firm on the original quote.  I honored it and paid it, but I think he should have made an adjusted down since it was less of a job than expected."
