We had a leak in our roof from a vent connected to the upstairs bathroom. I found Larry through Angie and he came by the day we reported the issue to inspect the area. He took photos and explained everything he was seeing, the area he estimated we needed to repair and what the cost would be. After picking a date for repair, he and his crew were very prompt and professional. He took more photos as the work was done so we could see the repairs and left everything looking like new. Would highly recommend his services.

Larry and his crew worked tirelessly and relentlessly getting my garage back in shape after a fire earlier this summer. Larry was very hands-on and involved with his crew making sure everything was done just right. The crew working here was very knowledgeable from roofing to construction to drywall. I discovered ProTrends while searching online for gutter and gutter guard installation for my house and garage. The exterior of my garage was in rough shape. I wanted to install vinyl siding over the existing wood, due to timing and budget constraints. I invited three contractors to assess the project. The first insisted vinyl could not be installed over the existing wood siding. The second refused to provide an estimate for the siding until I give an answer for gutters and guards. Then I met Larry from ProTrends. He never said the job couldn’t be done; instead, he discussed potential challenges and offered smart, creative solutions. He’s open, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator—never pushy, always respectful and attentive to the client’s needs. He also has a great sense of aesthetics and wasn’t afraid to advise when my ideas wouldn’t look good in practice. His team worked efficiently and professionally, respectful and paying attention to every details. He deserves A+.

What started out to be an estimate for gutter replacement turned out to be a gutter and roof replacement. Larry was very knowledgeable of exactly what needed to be done and gave me a fair and honest estimate beating out the competition. Not only did he provide a base estimate, he also provided a worse case scenario which was very reasonable. Larry and his team showed up on time. They were very professional and respectful of my property. They made sure my property was properly cleared of nails and debris once the job was complete. Larry is someone who takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail to ensure it is done correctly and the materials are of excellent quality. Choosing Pro Trends Construction was one of the best decisions I've made for my home and would recommend them to anyone who's looking for gutter or roof repairs.

Larry knows his stuff! I felt very confident during the the whole process. He identified my previous problems with my gutters without me telling him and proceeded to tell me how he would fix it and how his solution would solve the problem from happening in the future. The craftsmanship and work were superb. My son is closing on a new home and Iâ m positive Larry will be the guy that will replace his roof and gutters. HIGHLY RECOMEND HIM.

Larry showed up, measured, calculated and gave me a deal. He explained downspout options and we agreed on larger gutter size. His team arrived the next day and knocked out the gutter job by lunchtime. My house got a facelift and I really love the clean look. Iâ m Happy with the service provided:)
