When I had a sudden leak in my shower, he dropped everything and came through for me in an emergency. He also went above and beyond by returning excess materials I had purchased to Lowe’s on my behalf. Earlier, when the specific tile I wanted was only available in Staten Island and we were under a tight deadline, he personally picked it up—even though that’s not something he normally does. Throughout the project, Marlan was incredibly helpful, flexible, and coordinated seamlessly with various crews. He’s both dependable and a true perfectionist at his craft. I highly recommend him."

They removed and replaced a tile floor and backsplash, installed appliances including an integrated refrigerator, installed sink, removed wallpaper and painted, put in new molding, and some electrical upgrades. Allowing Ken to be in my apartment while at work for the day is stress-free. He has all the equipment he needs. He takes precautions to make sure there is very little mess.
