They were very worn and full of (pet) stains throughout. While the quote from 3M was slightly higher than another quote I got, they were available when I needed them. They also put oak hardwood in the master bedroom and hallway that had been there when built but replaced by previous owners with cheap snap flooring in a hideous color. Rich and his crew did a phenomenal job with the transition strips - it was a complicated job due to the house being older, the height of the new brick floor and each doorway (5 in all) going onto different floors. It was great!

As noted above, Oak Tree Floor Refinishers has refinished my hardwood floors for almost 25 years - each time they have been professional, prompt and on time and most of all, clean! There is literally no mess when they leave.

The prices are fare and the work is awesome. For me, it is a 3 day experience - sand, poly, dry with 3 coats of poly but the outcome is well worth a little inconvenience. Others may charge less or take less time, but with Oak Tree Floor Refinishers, the job is done right.

Rich is quick to give an estimate and never adds on additional charges. His crew is great - professional and polite.
