"I was really impressed, the work was completed in just one day! The crew was super great, they had a bunch of people out. They did everything too I didnâ  t need to get really anything set up. We just made sure the walls were clear of anything so they had room. I needed 148 feet of drain installed and ordered 2 new sump pumps with it. It came out to $13k (I found a coupon too!) and Iâ  m just really glad to get this taken care of. My basement usually floods with heavy rain, legitimately half way full of water and we just had a rain (semi heavy) and itâ  s dry. This is the first time Iâ  m actually excited to see it rain next to check out the basement lol. I went into it expecting this to just help mitigate the flood waters but Iâ  m really hopeful this install will actually deliver 99% dryness ð   ð   . I do have to say, I wasnâ  t sure Iâ  d choose DryTech at first because I must have gotten 3-4 phone calls a day from their calling team after looking into waterproofing on HomeAdvisor. They were reallly trying to get me to schedule with them but I wasnâ  t ready just yet. It was a tad bit annoying but after looking at the reviews and whatnot I was definitely onboard and so glad I went through with them."

"My hot water heater started leaking the Friday night of Labor Day weekend. The shut off valve was stuck and I couldn't turn it off. When I called Rich on Saturday morning, he came over as soon as he could and turned it off. He drained the hot water heater and removed it. He pumped the water out from the basement floor and helped to clean up the mess. He returned on Tuesday morning to install the new heater. He was punctual, polite, helpful - in other words - very professional. His price was very reasonable. I am very glad to have found him on Home Advisor."
