A manager visited to check quality and progress. They attended to details I pointed out; however, they have an eye for detail, with tools and skills to match. We are looking at additional work sealing stucco around windows and along paving seams. The value for money - we completed 13 units for the cost of replacing the walk, steps and stoop of our worst unit. We're ahead of the curve and can now repair cosmetic cracks to stucco and stone finishes and move on to other priorities for the association."
