"Excellent communication from the office. Steven came at the time that I was told and completed a sump pump replacement. He was patient and communicated with me very well. I have been looking for a new plumber so Good Tidings maybe the one. In terms of price, I don't know how much this would have cost but honestly I have too much in my furnished basement to be concerned when a huge storm is coming. I will be back to install a new backup pump from Good Tidings!"

"I had an issue with a sump pump discharge pipe needing to be redirected. I called Angelo at Joseph and Sons, (he has done work on all the houses on mu block and everyone raves about their work quality). Angelo came out the same day I called, inspected the discharge pipe and recommended the best and easiest solution. He came back two days later and completed the work.
