Lou?s plumbing has completed several projects for us. From repairing faucets and toilets to replacing old metal sewer pipes our basement (cast iron believe) to handling an emergency sump pump replacement in the middle of a storm avoiding a flood. The work has been on time on budget and very well done. We?ve been very pleased and have deep confidence. Just this week with very little lead time they came over to replace a leaking hot water tankless system. Again, very well done, on time, on budget, powerfully professional and deeply cares about the quality of their work. Impressive. Trusted. Highly recommended.

We hired Lou to do some plumbing {excellent job} and then I just happen to ask if he does bathroom remodeling and to my surprise he said yes. There was a lot that needed to be done since the house was built in 1978 and everything was relatively old. Lou took out the old bathtub and put in a beautiful shower stall. Lou tiled the shower area, put in a new floor as well as a 2 sink vanity which needed additional plumbing since our old vanity had one sink. The bathroom is absolutely beautiful, we have received so many compliments. What really impressed me was the fact that Lou is a man of his word. He said he would be at our home at a certain time and he was. He was extremely neat, and made sure the bathroom met all our expectations which it did and quite frankly went beyond our expectations. So without question I would highly recommend Lou for any plumbing or bathroom remodel. On top of that he is a great guy!!!!

Lou came at the appointed time and did a great job replacing a laundry sink (tub), faucet, water line levers, and fixed a busted vent pipe. My wife scolded me (for not giving him a good tip) when she got home and saw the work he performed and I agreed with her. As far as I'm concerned we'll be contacting him for additional work. Louâ s plumbing is the best! I know that plumbers are suspect most of the time. I donâ t know if it is totally deserved or not, but Iâ m a car salesman so I know what itâ s like to have people think youâ re going to take them. I called Lou on Sunday and my call was returned the same day even though it wasnâ t an emergency. The first day I could be home was Tuesday and the boys were at my house Tuesday morning as promised. My problem was one of the pipes going into my water heater was severely corroded, if it blew there would be quite a mess. When the heater was installed, it wasnâ t done properly. If it couldnâ t be corrected, it would mean a new water heater probably costing around $1400 before installation. Lou explained that it was going to be a challenge to replace the pipe but they would do their best. They had to leave to get some parts but were back in ten minutes. Ten minutes after that, the job was done and no new water heater was needed. What a relief! The price was terrific! Thereâ s another job I need done in the spring and you can bet Iâ ll be calling Louâ s Plumbing. Reliable, trustworthy, polite and affordable. What more can be said? Use Louâ s plumbing!

Truly a top-notch professional in every facet of his business. Lou is extremely knowledgeable about the trade and was patient enough to answer all of my questions. What I admired most was that he takes considerable pride in his craftsmanship and treated this project as if he were working on his own home. The project was completed on time and passed inspections with no issue. In fact the plumbing inspector remarked what a clean job he did. He was respectful and friendly at all times with my family, including my attention seeking 4 year old son. I will be hiring Lou for future projects and will consider him my go to plumber from now on. The serviceman for Louis Bucci III Plumbing was very knowledgeable. When he came to the house, he saw that I had bought the wrong repair kit and explained that I since my kitchen faucet was a Moen, I could probably get the replacement part from them since they have a lifetime warranty on their faucets. When I told him that I had the faucet over 10 years, he suggested that buying a new faucet could be a better choice. After seeing the condition of my faucet, I agreed. I purchased a new Moen and he installed it the following morning and explained that I should register the faucet with Moen to get replacement parts, service, etc. I was very pleased with their service.

Lou and his team did a great job with our bathroom addition. Installed new lines, toilet, tub, sink, and all fixtures. Very flexible, accommodating and helpful each step of the way.

Lou and team were excellent to work with and incredibly accommodating. We were faced with a plumbing system issue that threatened to alter/derail our entire project. Multiple other professionals we had look at the issue were unwilling to take on the work or unable to come up with a solution that met our needs. Lou and team were able to come up with a solution that completely addressed the issue and effectively rebuilt our second-floor plumbing system from scratch. They were sensitive to the tight deadlines we had in place and totally delivered quality results. I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work without any hesitation! They explained me which pump I should buy, also provided the website where I could buy the recommended pumps and check valves at a very reasonable price, the service was timely provided and they were truly professionals and know their work, it only took 1 hour to remove old and install 2 new pumps. Much better price quote then other service providers on HomeAdvisor, lower price than other vendors with free shipping.

Hire this man! You will be smiling! Lou helped fix my home that had a multitude of plumbing and heating problems. He is very skillful , thorough, talented craftsman, as well as a very respectful gentleman. He worked on our water and sewer lines as well as upgrading our heaters to gas. Very strenuous, demanding work, but he did it with a smile, sense of humor, knowledge and persistence; some old fixtures fought back ! We will hire him in the near future to do a bath upgrade. Such a delight to work with.

Lou came right over when our hot water heater developed a leak early on a Saturday morning. He was very polite, knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job. While here he came across a cracked hose and an old, crumbling seal where the hose that vents from our furnace to our chimney. He immediately went back outside, got his tools and re-cemented the connection at no charge! Lou's prices are very fair and his communication skills are excellent. We knew before=hand what the job would cost and he kept us informed every step of the way. Lou is coming back this week to replace the cracked hose. We were so impressed with his work, that we are hiring Lou to do other necessary repairs that we have been putting off. Lou went above and beyond, in my opinion. I discovered a leaking pressure reducer on my water main around 1am and did a search on Home Advisor. Lou called me at 6:30 am to see if I needed his services. He arrived promptly and stayed until everything was done and working. My house is 120 years old and nothing is ever easy. Bottom line - very reasonable pricing and excellent service. He'll be the only plumber I ever hire.

I am so glad I found Lou's plumbing. He is extremely reliable, showed up when he said he would and did not try to over sell. He is going to be my go to plumber going forward and I am definitely going to recommend to my friends. He is great!
