"Really good experience and professionalism. Initially worked with my condo's strict and extensive requirements. He was very respectful of my condo rules and confirmed before work could start. Communicated very well with my condo manager and me about any requirements they needed. When it was finally time to start the work, showed up on time and immediately got to work, which was really appreciated. Not many questions needed after we discussed the work onsite. He went to work and took care of everything while I worked from home. He let me know when he was about to filp the breaker which was appreciated.
