Jonathan did an excellent job, completing various tasks around our home efficiently, correctly, timely, and very competitively priced. We have found our go-to handyman who is skilled in many areas and even has certification for electrical work. He installed book shelves in our basement, ledge shelves in our bedroom, a utility shelf in our laundry room (which needed to be cut to size), 4 grab bars in different locations (my wife is disabled and needs these for support), and an undersink water filter which required drilling through a marble counter top. He is personable and a good communicator. We are already putting together our list for his next tasks. I highly recommend giving him a try.

Jonathan did a good job on multiple small task, it’s not easy to find someone for these projects, he was very nice and professional.

My experience with individual contractor was not pleasant I hired him thur Angie's List to replace a back door with frame. I had the door and frame from homedepot new. Once over he explain the door might not fit but he will manage to put it in anyway. What became was disaster the whole frame of the new door and the old door was chopped up. Not only was I unsatisfied with the job he told me that the indoor frames and moldings that he destroyed was an additional cost to put in. the frame and the door which he destroyed and broke all the moldings inside and outside the home. From there it took him a week to return my text after repeated text to explain to me that there was an additional cost to finish the moldings inside and out that he destroyed .now I have to hire another contractor to finish his work at my expense.

Really good experience and professionalism. Initially worked with my condo's strict and extensive requirements. He was very respectful of my condo rules and confirmed before work could start. Communicated very well with my condo manager and me about any requirements they needed. When it was finally time to start the work, showed up on time and immediately got to work, which was really appreciated. Not many questions needed after we discussed the work onsite. He went to work and took care of everything while I worked from home. He let me know when he was about to filp the breaker which was appreciated. I had electrical fixture replace, light switches replace, dimmer switch installed, and plumbing replaced on a bathroom vanity. All jobs were handled prpfessionally and accurately. He worked quickly and confidently on all assigned task. Feel very confident in his abilty to handle more work if needed. Wish i had more work to give him. I would feel very confident recommending him to others in my building, or anyone in need of his services.
