"I’ve been a customer of Wilber’s for several years. Up till now I’ve always found them to be reasonable in price, professional, reliable and trustworthy. I don’t know what’s happened but, they are no longer the company they used to be. I recently hired Wilbers to repair a loose newel post at the bottom of my stairs. When Danny the estimator came he explained that it might be an easy fix or more involved if they needed to install a new 4X4 interior post. Though I requested that he provide estimates for both scenarios he only sent the estimate for the worst case scenario. I let that go because I trusted that they would do the right thing should it prove to be an easy fix. When they arrived it turned out that all that was needed was to replace the wooden board in the basement with a 2 ft. 2x4 and tighten the bolt that runs inside the post. The workers were here for 1 hour and for this Wilber’s decided that a fair price was $820. It seemed absolutely outrageous to me that they would charge me $820 to tighten a bolt so I tried reaching out to Wilber 3 times and asked that he call me back to discuss. Well he never called me back. I can only assume that he knows full well that he did is wrong and is unable to justify his outrageous pricing. It’s sad that Wilber thinks this is how you should treat a loyal customer and it’s certainly disappointing to discover what an unprofessional and unethical person he is. I certainly will never utilize the services of Wilbers ever again and I would caution anyone thinking of hiring them to think twice. Wilber is a man that lacks integrity and therefore someone you cannot trust to do business with."

"JM did a fantastic job. About 13 years ago, while living at our previous residence: JM remodeled and modernized our full Kitchen, two full bathrooms and, after many tries by other contractors, he was able to stop a leak from our roof at no charge. About 10 years ago, at our current residence , JM remodeled and modernized our full kitchen and did a unique job of updating 4 large sliding closet doors. He removed the cheap inserts, and replaced them with 1/4” high quality plywood into the frames. He then, using wood molding, he made the face of the doors look like real wood doors. Doors were stained and look like expensive oak doors! JM comes up with excellent suggestions, alternatives, and expense saving ideas. We plan on relying on his expertise when we’re ready to upgrade our Patio. All the best to JM Group!"

"If I could give them 10 stars I would. I had Garden State Home Remodeling come to pave my old torn up driveway and yard space and replace with asphalt. This was my first major home project and I was really nervous. Kelvin walked me thru the entire process from beginning to end. Kelvin was so professional and answered every question I had. Everything I asked for was done over and beyond. The crew did an excellent job on my driveway/yard. I’m more than happy and will use their services again!"

"American Home replaced my roof and siding, porch windows and some add-on exterior lighting. One of the reasons I chose AHR was not just due to the best price, they came in line with other estimates I received, but because they included things with their final price that similar companies had as add-ons at an extra cost such as the dumpster and gutter system. I did not know what to expect as this was the first time I've had these things replaced. My rep John was awesome, he was professional, friendly and accommodating, and was able to work with me on the spot vs. "I have to check back to the owners" which I got from other companies. We are delighted with our new home! Friends and family who have visited are amazed at how beautiful everything is, and how many improvements were made to make cabinets, closets and other spaces much more useful. The kitchen tops the list. We LOVE our new kitchen! It looks beautiful and all our friends and family agree. In fact, a cousin who visited in October told me that she â covetsâ our kitchen - and that is passionate praise coming from a pastor! Bottom line: donâ t hesitate to engage DDP for any project.
