"My parents and I live in a old brick apartment building in Hoboken that is from the 1880s. The bathroom in our apartment had not been updated since the 1940s. We needed help ASAP. We checked out Cesar s page and wanted to hire him immediately. The reviews speak for themselves. When he came into our apartment to give us a quote we knew that this was contractor we needed to get the job done. Cesar is affordable, friendly, and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you have before starting the project. Two massive issues with our project were that my dad has spinal & walking issues, so we needed the floors clear of all tools and materials at the end of the each day so that father could walk efficiently through the apartment. The other big issue was that we only have 1 bathroom, so Cesar agreed to work with us on pulling the toilet off and on as every day finished so that we did not have to leave our building to use the toilet. Him and his crew are the best and take pride in their work so that owner is happy with the final result. We brought the bathroom down to the bare bones and rebuilt it back up. I worked with him every step of the way to make sure that he needed all materials to get the job done in the time we needed. This project was an intense remodel with some of the hardest demo and substrate materials that an old bathroom can have. He didn t think anything of it. He has veteran experience in the field and this remodel only took 3 weeks. We are very impressed with Cesar s craftsmanship and professionalism and we will be hiring him again for any future interior projects."

"It went very well. Inson always focused on the highest quality products that would fit the design. Also tried to get each item at the better price. Additionally he was meticulous with the project and **** ** the vendors to make no mistakes and focus on a quality outcome. Finally Inson and his team were diligent to make sure everything was constructed in the right manner. In our case the proper wiring and safest plumbing. Always relied on master builders and plumbers who new what they were doing. The final outcome was above expectations. I would keep in mind any project like ours will cost money - we spent extra with Inson but in the end it was the right thing to do and well worth it."

"I am very impressed to deal with Emil . The work went very professional and fantastic eventhough not completely done 100% but I am sure will come beautiful more than we expected. Very seldom now to find someone honest and professional gives advice to save some money and less money for him. Emil is available seven days a week to answer any question or concern. All crew's working from bottom of their heart like this is their own house with using technology tools to do the Job. They also were quick and efficent in building my bedframe with back and sides in under two hours. In addition they cleaned up the packaging and disposed of the old bed frame. "Bryan was awesome! He put three pieces of furniture together for me. All had electrical components to it. He also dismantled and unloaded all of the furniture that was here already. This was all after a fresh 4 inch snowfall. He was dedicated and friendly and made sure everything worked and was to my liking. Additionally, communication with A1 was exceptional and they were very reasonably priced. I would 100% use them again. My son is so happy for his new bedroom setup and my back is so happy for my new standing desk. Thank you Bryan and A1 Construction!!!"

I needed a short retaining wall put in before my deck was built. They came in and were able to accommodate my tight timelines. They forgot to glue the tops because we had been unsure about it but when I called them to ensure this was done, they immediately came in and did it.
