"In October 2018, I was on the market to replace my 30+ furnace and 15+ AC. There were 6 dealers representing two brands visiting my property. I was shocked to learn that 5 were not able to properly size equipment, didn't include ductwork modifications and refused to replace Freon and drain lines. Some were unwilling to talk about differences between product lines, nor modifications to ducts I wanted to implement. On top of all that their quotes were outrageously high.
