"We reached out to The Sprinkler Company after we had some major landscaping done at our home. Unfortunately, the tree and shrub removal, drainage, & new plantings damaged our irrigation system. We scheduled an appointment and Chuck came out to assess the system, however the damage was significant and nothing was working. He recommended scheduling a service call with a technician who could repair the damage and see what was viable/not viable. Within a week they were back to fix some cut wires and broken pipes. Afterwards, Chuck was able to give us a proposal for reconfigure the system to accommodate the new landscape layout. He put the repair cost as a deposit towards the new work we're getting done, which saved us a few hundred dollars! Very pleased and can't wait for the system to be refurbished in the spring."

"They wowed me last year with the installation of our holiday lights, from getting a quote to the day they uninstalled the lights. Everyone is extremely professional and punctual. They all stand behind their work and the dedication is evident. But I just HAD to come and review them right now because they go above and beyond for their customers. They returned last week for this year's lighting and again were punctual and following the instructions from last year to the tee. However, my elderly stepdad made the mistake of cutting a cord while tending to the lawn yesterday. I was embarrassed to contact Midas, but also understand that mistakes happen and simply hoped for the best.
