ECL Irrigation

ECL Irrigation (Rich) had his young (20 something) workers hand dig trenches to put my new sprinklers in. The trenches were not deep enough, and whenever it rains, you can see the PVC pipes through the ground. When I approached Rich in regards to my dissatisfaction with the sprinkler install, he blamed the 'kid's' who where his own workers. When I had the lawn aerated later, the sprinkler system was broken in 4 places as the pipes were so superficial to the ground. I then called ECL to have him come and take a look at it to try and fix it. ECL did come out in a timely manner to fix the pipes and leaks, after I paid him. I also gave him money to buy a new sprinkler head, and he stated that he would be back the very next day to install it. The next day, he was a no call no show, and told me that he could not do the work because he no longer had the sprinkler head. It turns out he used the sprinkler head that I purchased, for someone else's sprinkler system. Since then he has been a no call no show on many other appointments, and I still do not have my sprinkler system completely fixed. I would not recommend ECL Irrigation to anyone looking for sprinkler system help, because he did lousy work from the beginning, blamed his own young inexperienced for the poor job, and has been unprofessional the whole time.
