This was not the first home that I was purchasing so I've had a number of inspections done before. It's too bad I can't give higher than an A rating. He was A++++++. George was very, very thorough, took his time, and gave us so much important information. He saved us from buying a home that needed obvious and well-hidden of repairs. He checked everything in the house that could possibly be in need work, showed us the problem areas and left no stone unturned. I would recommend him highly to anyone planning on buying a house.

Inspection went well. George was very thorough and explained what needed repair and what was good. Total inspection time was 1 1/2 hr and I thought it would only be 1/2 hr. Very thorough!!! Very professional, informative and courtesy
