He closely inspected the area in question and provided a great deal of detail regarding his findings. George answered every question we had and spent whatever time required to provide additional guidance, suggestions and tips. His inspection confirmed that there were no structural issues, and helped us prepare to hire a contractor to complete the (non-structural) work that we originally sought. "The contractor is very good.  They are very punctual.  They provided the engineering drawings for the township, provided a detailed plan to replace the bowing wall, and the pinning of two other walls for structural support and the basement entrance.  They also provided support for a high water table issue

They covered all objects in the basement to minimize the dust, and moved the washer and dryer, reconnecting them in their new locations.

"Arius is a life saver... literally. I had just purchased a new home and was having some renovations done. Simple as they may have seemed, it involved moving a door in the hallway a few feet. "Paragon replaced the flashing and siding around the chimney because the roof leaked during storms with high wind. Paragon also repaired the damage to the ceilings on the main and second floors due to the leak. After the work was done, a severe storm hit and the leak was back. I called Paragon and they came out immediately to inspect. They guaranteed they would repair the flashing again and repair the ceilings at no charge because they stood behind their original work. They repaired the flashing and told me to call them after the next severe storm to make sure the repair was successful before repairing the ceiling damage. Sure enough, another storm with winds struck, and there was no leakage. I called Paragon, and they sent a crew to repair the ceiling. Thank you to Mauricio and his crew for handling the repairs!"
