I was very happy with the great termite repair job done by Pat Bowen and his crew. Pat promptly returned calls and was professional, courteous, and trustworthy. He was able to schedule the work while I was away and updated me with photos and details of the ongoing process. The project finished on time, and I came home to a professional job and a thorough cleanup. I highly recommend Aztek Construction for any repair project.

Aztek Construction came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. In fact I would say they exceeded my expectation. Pat Bowen was great to work with, very personable and friendly. The 2 man crew, Greg and Chris, was awesome as well. Very informative and knowledgeable. On top of their professionalism and excellent work and work ethic, we got along really well which is very important to me. Men of character and of their word. I highly recommend them for structural repair.

I hired Aztec for major repairs due to termite damage. They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They came in less than 10 days after we contacted them to FINISH the work. First, they evaluated the damage and walked me through the needed repairs which included placing three new steel support beams along with two main horizontal wood beams and several sistered beams. They were able to complete the work, once they started, in three days. At each step, I was informed of progress and there were no surprises (from my end). The work included everything from removing electrical wiring and then replacing it, pouring the new steel vertical support beams, affixing them solidly into my concrete floor, and then pacing the numerous horizontal beams. I could not recommend AZtec (and Greg!) more.

We had a termite problem and they were to assess the damage. They were very honest and their work was excellent. They repaired the damage and you can't tell there was any damage. Very happy with Pat and his crew.

Although I did not use them for the actual repair, I got a lot of information from Pat. He suggested things to do that wold not cost me anything. I really think hihgly of a contractor who can come in and tell you what to do to fix the problem youself for free rather than having to pay someone! High score on that one Patrick!!!

While Aztek was the highest priced of the companies who I contacted they seemed the most knowledgeable. As the structural work that they were doing was to correct problems caused by my original builder, I was not going to go with the lowest bidder again. Pat was easy to talk to and Don, his foreman was very helpful in explaining the problem and the renedy, They were quick, clean and efficient.

Completed the job in a timely and professional manner. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Aztek Enterprises did a great job with both my roof and my basement entrance. I am extremely pleased and will definitely recommend them to others. There prices were great and the work was done very professionally.

I am always skeptical on contractors. In this particular case, Aztec, especially Pat Bowen is an example of what all contractors should strive to achieve. Pat was very professional, his team delivered on the quality of work and timeless to complete the project. They even called the local trash company to complete the clean up! Highly recommended, would not hesitate to have them do further work for me.

Pat was very helpful through an extremely tough situation. The work completed was very timely and professionally. He was very straight forward and I never felt concerned that we were going to encounter hidden costs or extra expenses. I appreciate all that he has done to help us.
