"From the initial phone call to the completion of the job Quality 1st provided top notch professional service. A couple points which makes this easy to write. Communication is key whether in person or via telephone and Q1 was exceptional in this regard at every point. Telephone conversations with customer services was pleasant and cordial, never rushed or snotty. Paul our salesman was here for quite a while answering questions and assessing our needs in the basement. Of only was he on time for our appointment he was about 10 minutes early too. The cost of this project was a good chunk of change for us but after too many times of shop-vac’ing water we knew it was time to bite the bullet and move forward with making life a little easier and not have the issue of when will we get water in the basement again hanging over our heads. I was impressed that Quality 1st uses their own products and has their own R&D facilities. As for the installation, enough cannot be said for the crew that was here. I got the call at 9am they would be here in 20 minutes and at 9:20 they were backing in my driveway. I met the foreman Mario and his 2 helpers. We went into the basement and they looked around and asked if I had any questions. We had almost everything out of the basement and what was left they covered in plastic. By 9:50am they were running the jackhammers. We have a 1,500 sqft ranch and these guys worked all day, they didn’t stop and worked their tails off. I can’t remember exactly when the jackhammer stopped but by 2 pm the channel was dug out and they were beginning to lay out for the channel that carries the water to the sump. About 4pm Kyle showed up to assess the job and see if I had any questions or concerns. We spoke about the job and we went downstairs to see the progress. He stayed on site for about 45 minutes after making sure I was comfortable with how the job was going. By 5:15 or so the job was completely finished. Before they left Mario went over everything regarding the sump system. As far as cleanup, this is a dusty job. Concrete dust is ultra fine and they did a fantastic job of not only sweeping but they also dusted off areas which were not covered in plastic. They left no mess to speak of., I was very satisfied with their work and attention to detail. It’s easy to nitpick any job at anytime and there is nothing I would call them out on. Finally as for the functionality of the sump system I wish I had a comment on that at this time. We’ve lived in our house for 25 years and until around Thanksgiving of this year (2018) we’ve only had water about 4 times. Between Thanksgiving (2018) and New Years (2019) we got slammed 4 times and nothing since. With the symptoms of how our basement got water, I feel comfortable with the system Quality 1st installed and am confident they will stand behind their work and warranty. We’re also happy this is transferable to the next homeowner when we sell the house and it is an excellent selling point when the time comes."

"I was required by my insurance company to replace an elevated section of my sidewalk due to underground tree roots. I reached out to Local Boyz and they were quick to respond with an estimate. The company kept me updated as to what permits would be required and also dates available so that I could meet the insurance company deadlines. The owner arrived at my home this morning around 7:30 and did a great job digging up tree roots, and pouring the cement to even out the sidewalk path. The work was done meticulously, and due to the very cold weather expected, a cement cover was placed across to protect it from the upcoming low temperatures. "Very professional from start to finish! The salesman/ design technician showed up right on time, he listened to my concerns and came up with the solution on the spot! The price was less than expected and the project was done in a very timely manner! The technicians who did the work were also punctual and did a phenomenal job!! "Clay came for the estimate shortly after I made the appointment.  He was right on time.  He took a thorough look at our current equipment which was 21 years old.  He suggested several options to improve heat and air flow and to make the units more efficient.
He is very approachable and answered all the questions and concerns I had and was very good at explaining the "why" and the "how". He also mentioned the energy rebates that were available.
He quoted me a price separately for the upstairs and downstairs units and told me that we could chose to have each one installed at a different time.
We chose to have both units replaced at the same time and Clays workers showed up early on the Monday.
Mike and Ryan were very professional and punctual throughout the whole duration of the job.  They were very careful to lay down drop cloths on floors and stairways.  They were very polite, courteous and always available to answer questions or address concerns.
Due to snow and ice, the work took la little longer than expected, but Clay or his foreman John came by every day to inspect and even offered us space heaters if it got to be too cold in the house while the work was being done.
The final cost was exactly what Clay had quoted, and he was very accommodating.
We are extremely satisfied with the service and the quality of the equipment installed.  Our heaters work so much faster and more efficiently than the old ones. They will be sending workers closer to the summer to make sure the Air Conditioning is working properly as well.
We are very happy with the service provided and would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend Clays Climate Control.
Mike and Ryan did an excellent job and were always very concerned that things were being done right.

"Fred Bloss and Mark were easy to work with.  They were very open to our ideas and we worked together to come up with a plan that we were satisfied with and that they would be able to do.  The start date was within a couple of weeks after we officially agreed to have them do the work.  We actually live a good distance from their shop but they arrived promptly and began work right away.  The first day they removed the old stairs and walk and built the frame work.  The next day the concrete was poured, stamped, and colored and the job was completed on the third day.  We were able to discuss any concerns we had throughout the course of the project. Their primary concern was that we were 100% satisfied and we were.  They also were very respectful of our property and left it very neat.
