"I was very happy with the service. Ray was friendly and very professional, he explained the process and answered all of my questions. I vacuum my drapes a few times a year but I knew they still had a lot of dust in them. When Ray was done they were dust free, brighter and smelled fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend New Clean, I will be using them soon to do my living room & dining room drapes."

The owner was very knowledgeable and responsive and provided excellent communication throughout. "Dave and Gary were GREAT! I dropped my silhouette blinds off to be cleaned and picked them up a few days later. They were better than new. Years ago I had my blinds cleaned by COIT. They were awful and destroyed them, so I was hesitant to clean them again. Dave and Gary professionally cleaned them at a very fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."
